In 1978, adidas developed a light trekking shoe for Reinhold Messner’s Mount Everest expedition. Since then, it is our goal to provide Outdoor athletes with products that enable them to push the limits and achieve their personal best. When looking back at our debut now, we are proud that in the meanwhile Thomas and Alexander Huber, Bernd Zangerl, Beat Kammerlander, the DAV Summit Club, Barbara Zangerl, Michi Aschaber and many others have joined the adidas Outdoor family allowing us to become part of their passion.
